Seems some people are so concerned it may be true, there is actually a write up about it at snopes.com. Even sadder, it evidently started as a joke about Kerry.
Heaven help us, I bet those “people” vote.

Gonna have to put in an order for a whole bunch o’ “Stoopid” signs to hand out.
